I received a progesterone shot from Monica after the birth of my second child. For my first baby, I struggled with post partum anxiety and depression for months. I knew the signs to look for after my second baby was born and knew that Monica offered post partum support. When I started to feel myself getting low about 2 weeks after giving birth, I reached out and Monica got me in as soon as possible. Within three doses of the progesterone, I felt like a normal human being again. I am now 7 weeks post partum and haven't felt myself spiral at all like I did with my first. After 3 miscarriages, irregular cycles, and other odd symptoms, I kept hearing from other women that there was a lady who may have some answers. Little did I know that it was not just a women’s health expert, but it was Monica- the most caring, knowledgeable practitioner I’ve ever met! She blends a wealth of information with true compassion and directed us to a well-researched program to help with my next pregnancy (which turned out to be less than a month after I spoke with her). We are still on our journey, but my health is already improved - no painful periods, no feeling horrible and depressed for a week or more before my period starts, and no more stomach pain. ~JH
